A traditional work order is a job or task for customer that can be scheduled and assigned to someone. Work orders designate field technicians who perform various tasks, such as equipment installation, repair, or maintenance work.

In the case of work orders, you will not only give work orders, but will also provide you with professional work guides, technical documents to refer to, and existing work cases.

Work orders can be manually generated through a work request submitted by a staff member, client, or automatically generated through some system.

In the case of a traditional work order, when it is created through the system, it is required to execute immediately or to execute the work at a fixed time. Normally, the created work order can be delivered regardless of where the worker who needs to work is located inside or outside the facility, and it is delivered after the current status of the work space or equipment is grasped by the person.

  • Scan QR code of tag which can be tracked real-time position in specific zone of facility : When a tag capable of real-time location tracking is attached to a specific object and the object is located in a specific zone, scanning the tag’s QR code will show the work order. In other words, depending on where you scan the QR code of the tag attached to the object, you can instruct different work orders. For example, when a tag attached to a car is scanned in the car production process, different work orders can be performed depending on the production line of each process.
  • Scan QR code by user who has tag which can be tracked real-time position : This option will show the work order when a worker with a tag with real-time location tracking is scanning the QR code.
  • Scan QR code by user who has tag which can be tracked real-time position in specific zone of facility : A worker with a tag capable of real-time location tracking is assigned a work order when scanning a QR code in a specific zone. When a worker who owns a real-time location tracking tag scans a QR code attached to a specific space or object in the facility, a different work order can be assigned depending on where it is located. When a worker scans a QR code, the system will let them know where the current worker is, and will be able to communicate what needs to be done at that location.
  • User via SMS : As soon as a work order is created, a SMS notification is sent to the smartphone of the designated operator. The operator can view the assigned work order by clicking the work order link in the SMS notification.
  • User who has tag which can be tracked real-time position in specific zone of facility via SMS : Workers with tags that can track real-time location will receive SMS notifications when they enter a specific zone. The operator can view the assigned work order by clicking the work order link in the SMS notification.
  • User on specific ruleset of sensor via SMS : When the sensor data detected from the specified sensor reaches a certain value, a SMS notification is sent to the designated operator. For example, if the temperature detected by the temperature sensor attached to the boiler equipment exceeds 60 degrees, the work instructions to be performed when the temperature of the boiler equipment exceeds 60 degrees can be delivered directly to the designated operator via SMS notification. In this way, based on real-time data collected from various sensors attached to a specific space or a specific facility, predetermined maintenance instructions can be directly delivered to the operator according to the specific conditions of the sensor.
  • User via Email : As soon as a work order is created, an email is sent to the designated operator. The worker can confirm the assigned work order by clicking the work order link in the email.
  • User who has tag which can be tracked real-time position in specific zone of facility via Email : Emails will be sent when a worker with a tag that can be real-time location tracking enters a specific zone. The worker can confirm the assigned work order by clicking the work order link in the email.
  • User on specific ruleset of sensor via Email : When the sensor data detected from the specified sensor reaches a certain value, a email notification is sent to the designated operator. For example, if the temperature detected by the temperature sensor attached to the boiler equipment exceeds 60 degrees, the work instructions to be performed when the temperature of the boiler equipment exceeds 60 degrees can be delivered directly to the designated operator via email. The worker can confirm the assigned work order by clicking the work order link in the message.
  • User on specific ruleset of sensor via Messenger : When the sensor data detected from the specified sensor reaches a certain value, the work order will be sent to the designated operator via messenger such as telegram, wechat and kakaotalk.
